The Republic of Somaliland has indeed performed wonders. All praises are due to Allah and we personally give thanks and praises to the effort that our people put into this tirelessly. 

The producer and the entire crew of TV Somaliland thank all the political parties and their leaders, and the police force of Somaliland. Our press both in and outside the country, the electoral commission and last but not least the group of observers that visited our country during the presidential elections.

We are also asking all the websites and various groups of journalist from Somaliland to work hand in hand and not create hostility between the people of Somaliland. The winners of these elections have without a doubt been the peace loving citizens of Somaliland that made this election day an historic and peaceful event. 

We also are hereby asking the international community to respect this Democratic exercise by the peace-loving citizens of The Republic of Somaliland. Whoever wins the election is recognized in the hearts and minds of our people, so please acknowledge our freedom. Above all, the biggest and most outstanding winner was peace. Somaliland shall prevail.
