The Official Celebration Party for the 15th Anniversary of the Re-birth of Somaliland is going to take place at Stratford Rex Theatre in East London on Friday 19th May 2006 7PM - 3 AM under the auspices of Avelite & Onkod Promotions in conjunction with SORAG Africa Lifeline and Somaliland Mission UK. This annual charity event is aimed to raise funds to help improve the Mental Health Hospitals in Somaliland   through GAVO.

This Celebration event is the biggest ever in Somaliland entertainment calendar and features the best line up of artists from all corners of   Europe and UK.

The programme also includes patriotic music, Majaajilo, speeches, presentation, information workshops and hopefully a video message from the President of Somaliland.

the general objective of the event is to create a sense of political and national identity for the Somaliland communities in the Diaspora especially the younger generation.

Admission is £20.00 M.O.T.D

This is strictly charitable event and all the proceeds   will be donated to GAVO and other local NGOs currently supporting Somaliland Mental Health facilities.

Therefore we request all Somaliland Press Houses, media and website authors to help us publicize the event for FREE as it is a charitable event and not for profit-making.

The attached is a small tumbernail of the publicity poster for the event intended for website publishing.
