When the former regime” Moh’ed Siyad Barre” was over thrown from the power, Somaliland intellectuals and its community had started together to establish a new democracy system which is different from the early dictatorship power. Fortunately, they have come up this ideal of governmental system that enthused to all over the world. As known, Somaliland played an important role in democracy, because it held a lot of elections that were based on free and fairness. On the other hand, Somaliland elites strove again to restore the social services; they also succeeded to implement all the levels of education in the country. A seemingly there is a lot of universities and colleges most of them located in the big cities. However, there is a big problem that can’t be over looked, Somaliland secondary schools, thousand and thousand of students have been graduating in recently years, which were ready to proceed their education. Unfortunately, it was not possible to continue it, because most students could not afford to pay the tuition fees of the universities in Somaliland let alone the foreign universities. in addition the government it self could not satisfy the all needs of high school graduators, but it can do some thing furthermore, some other students waste their time and chance how they are waiting for scholarships to the neighbor countries there fore the students encounter these difficulties situations when they graduate from secondary schools, this forces them to immigrate to the abroad. They suffer a lot during their immigration to the abroad they travel with a boat can’t be convenient, reliable and satisfy. The remaining depressed to continue their education and their live in hopeless life. They started chewing kat and smoking cigarette. They joined a group are not considering the life and gave up the future. The worst problems facing the young educators specially that graduate from local universities is lack of job opportunities that caused the number of unemployment rate ran from great to greatest. These should be kept on eyes, because the graduators are the life blood of development of the country and leaders of tomorrow. So these turn back the victims who are asking for emergency or support from Somaliland government, its elites and all other agencies which are considering to them. Every one in Somaliland government knows the number of students who graduate from the local universities each year. Then if you are whether executive, parliament or judiciary have you ever asked your self where university graduators had gone? Believe me or not, most of the graduators sit around in the market. If you ask what are they doing in the market? They burst Unger. they claim that they depressed whole the life in addition for their sitting around the market, they some times try to go to the neighbor countries for hunting a job, they encounter lot of consideration and some times they are reinstated on the border of the neighbor countries as they are escaped-prisoners when I see this contempt from the neighbor countries which related to unrecognized country we live, and when I look around the bad situation we are involved, I do remember the precious words of “Helen Keller” Blind and Deaf American educator said “I am only one, but still I am one, I can’t do every thing, but I can do some thing ,I will not refuse every thing I can do.” We are in a dark room, no light, no water. We don’t know the door of the room, even if we get the door, it was locked to us. There is no where to run at all and also we don’t know who took the key of the door. Thus who is going to us and break down the big lock? E-mail: jibriil05@hotmail.com Graduate from Amoud University , BBA
