Rayale’s Impeachment Is Inevitable

It is a necessary to act accordingly to the law when a real threat and fervent situation arose in any country like the present one in Somaliland. There are crimes which send a shoulder down your spine and remind you of the evils which surround us. The outstanding and unanswered question is how we dare to elect Rayale and handover the fate of the country? Rayale and his companion scandalous are coming up day after day.

They are indigent, Zyphers in every aspect. The swindling and theft was prevailing since Rayale’s ascension to the chair. The former transport officer and Haatuf’s case is entirely documented and exhibited, the evidence was divulged; however, Udub Ministers use invective language and accuse others as retaliation, behaving like a street corner boys. This Is One Of The Many Unfortunates For Somaliland To Be Fortunate.

The land robbery, Berbera port hoards, Total CO, the corsair-ships by Egyptians that eroded our sea natural resources and other international commercial deals all goes to the pockets of Rayale, Awil, Bulalleh, Booni, Sulub, Ahmed Dahir and very trifle to in Dhoolayare, apart from the pittance distributed to the Afmiishaaris around them; seeking for support and propaganda, the most impertint treachery gang, who air to Rayale’s ears that, you are sleeping on the lab of a lion. The secluded meetings that Awil who was banished Somaliland, ina Dhoolayare or other ministers whom Rayale Envoy to Ethiopia, Djibouti, Kenya or Uganda, are ambiguous understood conspiracy.

Recently Zenawi has summoned Rayale for reconciliation with Abdillahi Yussuf to concession the remainder parts of Somaliland to him. When Rayale sit on the chair, Somaliland was consisting of 6 Regions and their peripheral Districts. While today 3 regions remain, quisling the occupancy for gain the rest was annexed to Puntland, and Djibouti and Ethiopia. If we introspect or evaluate our system of governance; it is purely doctorial; much the same in Afweeyne's era conversed to our dreams. The country politics are not based upon expedient, far away from our inspirations and are retrograding. The media is abolished; journalists were detained indefinitely with no apparent reason, Criticizing the Government is forbidden, tyranny was what we fought; of course we in Somaliland are pragmatic and care about the affairs of our beloved country.

We can't rely upon Udub's TV and Radio which pervade delusion and propaganda. The newly appointed president of courts reminded me the Mobile Court of Geelleh, where witness never show up in the Court , We were intending that he will be equity in all matters related to the law, but became improbity, he too has melted and mélange with Rayale cronies. I never ever thought that the Indian panel code is still active in Somaliland. It is miserable and disgrace that the Guurti has became pythons and serpent that work for Udub only. Our elected parliament has the constitutional right to enquire, reject or approve any motion in terms of the constitution that is why we elected them to safeguard our interest. The dissolving of the Election commission is unlawful act aiming to postpone the coming elections and a sign of towing the country into archery, while the parliament extended their term for (2) years. Procrastinating of the said Local and presidential election will lead to catastrophic results.

No Government can reach progress and prosperity unless there is a mutual understanding between the ruling party and the opposition. How can we convince the international community that we are a democratic nation, when seeing all these evils in their eyes? Why we fought Afweeyne if we are following his foot-steps? Somaliland is not a yoke in an egg shell, it survived tremendous awful situation, but it was the nation who avoided these sectarians violence, instead Rayale communal think on the inversely. Of all the above Rayale has to be impeached, otherwise, if not Somaliland will be exempted from the globe? I do strongly, appeal to the Honorable parliament to amend our constitution Article 81AAD And article 82 AAD by replacing a government of President and Prime Minister As for this present regime I will offer them a seminar to Guantanamo bay & Abu Ghirab Prison in Iraq for Problem solving and management.
