Woodraw Wilson also agreed to Nelson Mandela's statement and said " when I look back the process of history, I see this written over every page that the nations are renewed from the bottom, not from the top to bottom: that the genius which renews the youth and energy of the people. The utility, the vitality, the fruitage of the life doesn't come from the top to bottom: it comes like the natural growth of great tree, from the soil, up through the truck into the branches to the foliage and the fruit. The great struggling unknown masses that are the base of everything are the dynamic force that is lifting the level of history. A nation is great and only as great as her rank and file."

In my thought Somaliland people like masses of people that stood for to tackle dictator of Siyad Barre, they did it, as long as they took for, so that is true, masses of people can make change not single leader who wants to have his interest far place and what we are called "AWR KAGA KU KACSO". Today our opposition parties are missed the chance to educate the people and make them to understand, what is the voting system? why do you want vote for?, that is the basic what so called democracy, and my view I did not see anybody whatsoever practice that, As we were witnesses last election of Somaliland three parties were running for, but 80 votes were gave the upper hand UDUB party. I can say directly it is not far for each other but simple one vote winning condition.

We are too much in the habit of paying attention to the tribal and clan based view into our leadership capability instead of trying to understand who can lead the people in right path, for example Somaliland people evaluate a leader

First category TRIBE

Second category HOW STRONG RELATIONSHIPS CAN SHARE WITH OTHER TRIBLES

Third category HOW CAN HE PAYS CORRUOTION (SHAXAAD)

Change! that is what is I dreamed for when Somaliland people accepted export culture of democracy, but it didn't happen what so ever.

History is all about learning your mistakes and make them right, but that is not in our record of leadership history, as we all know Somaliland Government today doesn't need leadership who can makes only to be president, but we need a leader who can impact in near future bright, 16 years political stand by no where.

Back to my   view of oppositions' mistakes of 5years of saying with many things but nothing whatsoever implemented into our government. when you are opposition party, you should have goals and objectives to lead people, that didn't happen, as I've started within my thought masses of people can make change. Henary kissinger said " leadership is not something you do just as a job, there must be a clear call, a special spirit that binds men to their times."

So how good you are, depended on how strong masses of people up educate your vision, that is what I want to learn into our opposition parties, while I am talking about oppositions, five years are not small numbers, it is so huge, so where is you goal! and we all know that elected government of UDUB party did many things but majority evil things, creating what we are called constitution confusion, But Thanks to ALLAH, we got survived it.

I'll conclude my thought some recommendations into our oppositions and how can we elect the right man for right job in our leadership

Oppositions should be

1. Tell us what is the different between you & UDUB party

2. Educate the people legal frame and rights of citizens

3. Tell us your future planning if you will win next election

4. Don't campaign into the tribal basic hypocrisy view.

Leadership challenges

"The election of a leader is most difficult, but the most important decision to make" I suggest electing into our hearts not into our mouths.

1. We should elect his ability rather than his tribe

2. A leader should be visionary, not like this today Hon. Rayale

3. A leader should be quality set up rather than quantity set up "making satisfy each tribe"
