In every head of the citizens there is wisdom, and it is better to snatch that wisdom. If we want to achieve a sophisticated position. we need to respect the rights and onus of the citizens, we need to respect the positive missions and visions of the citizens, we need to encourage and cheer, true citizens of the country instead of disheartening them all the time .we need a true liaison and cooperation between government sectors and true people of the soil, based on justice and equity. We need to recognize the potential activities of workers generally and particularly human right organizations such as shuro- net. We need to defend human rights, because defending human right means defending live, we need to resolve conflicts and other disputes by using democracy but not a prison and military action. We need to boost humanitarian functions, in order to enhance and empower quality of the people. Last but not the least we need a charismatic leader that fulfills necessary Requirements of their people.

Somaliland government fails to understand the human factors, and due to this crisis, the bachelor of social services like human right organizations experienced problems like atrocities, and their situation is getting from bad to worse every day in and day out. They are fed up with government interventions like current situations (Shuro-net episode).this crisis has caused also huge trouble and public anger, and most of the people specially prominent personality of Shuro-net condemns and strongly boycotts the intervention of their functions, with out legal rules and regulations.

Somaliland government completely become a black government using impoverished and old fashions, unexpected things comes frequently, intimidating, zero tolerance, chaos, turbulence, humiliation, and thousands of confrontations raises. Besides that also this ruling party totally rapes the country and citizens become victims. 

Human right organizations such as Shuro-net which comprises many different kinds of umbrella committed to satisfy and succor the wants and needs of their society. These organizations urge many times how it is important to keep the rights of the people. They also talk how it is very significance to get a congenial atmosphere, were people can get a freedom to live, work, and express their perceptions and views. Apart from that also these human right activities condemns many times subjugations and clumsy strategies government took to find solutions. moreover these organizations sends messages and humble request to the government to halt and reduce pressure, and they also convinced the government to motivate, and improve human right departments, restore order and law and strictly adhere what the constitution of the country dictates, but Somaliland government did not pay any attention to these advices and they did not implement any thing regarding about this issue.

The question of human right activities of Somaliland become a hot issue both domestic and international level, and it comes again and again, because Somaliland government fails to resolve this matter, people are putting behind the bars with out fair trail and courts, many peoples like qaran pioneer and founders become hostages and remain captivity with out honest trail and due to this exacerbating condition s/land become a land that does not want democracy.

In a conclusion I would like to say if we want tranquility, social seclusion, salvation, and survival. We must stretch and support and promote the role of human right organizations in our country because this is a sing of progress.
