The Scheduling Of Somaliland Election

We need a man who is capable to negotiate with his opponents and also capable to reach a tangible peace. A leader with charisma is in the need of the hour; should sheriff have the support of the larger sections of the Islamic court enthusiasts then he should utilize their backing to improve the security situations and rule of the law of the country.
The people of Mogadishu should learn from the past and correct the past mistakes because they alone are responsible for what is happening in Mogadishu and they alone are capable to shut their differences. To make things easier Mogadishu city dwellers should understand better or learn as much about the other peoples concerns or situations. The people of Mogadishu must realize that they bear great responsibility for the failure of the Somali state. And for that the people of Mogadishu must spearhead any rescue mission to Somali crisis.
There is a threat of economic, political and social instability, thus the present government and civil society have to step up efforts to combat the aforementioned challenges by building bottom up solutions through a grand Conference on National Reconciliation to create a Somali nation over again whereby each and every tribe or groups put forward their objections.
The participants should acknowledge that there is a conflict and identify each party's needs, concerns and goals with that in mind then the conference proceeds to select the solution that seems to offer the best resolution - that best meets the needs and concerns and achieves the goals of each party.
The conference will succeed if time is given for issues to be thoroughly debated and for flashpoints to be dealt with on the way in order that consensus could be achieved. The objectives of the conference could be as many as possible including to that of promoting and strengthening the security and stability and peaceful co-existence among all the communities or political groups of Somalia. Upon the completion of the conference there will be grievances but less significant than earlier ones and if such complaints appear then the process of healing the differences among the groups / tribes or what ever will continue until a final settlement is reached.
Thus the leadership elected should develop a sense of responsibility, and take responsibility for their actions in accordance on what is agreed upon otherwise the people may take bold reactions to their actions and they should keep in mind that one day the people of Somalia or elsewhere will copy their style of leadership by setting an example politics for others.
