Somaliland, July 4, 2009 (SL Times) – Somaliland member of parliament,
Mr Muhammad Farah Qabile strongly criticized Congressman Payne’s threat
to work toward isolating Somaliland. Mr Qabile also excoriated
Somaliland’s government and Somaliland’s electoral commission for not
doing a good job in preparing the country for the presidential election.
Mr Qabile suggested to Somaliland’s parliament to execute the duties for
which they were elected and to safeguard Somaliland’s sovereignty.
