Somaliland, November 14, 2009 (SL Times) – Two alleged terrorists who
eluded Somaliland’s security forces last week surrendered to
Somaliland’s security this week.
The names
of the two alleged terrorists are Saeed Ahmed Jar and Adan Ahmed Aare.
Somaliland
security forces had tried to arrest the two individuals last week, but
failed to do so.
The
surrender of the two men was part of a deal whereby the security forces
withdrew their siege of the house where one of the alleged terrorists
was hiding, in return for the handing over of the alleged terrorists, by
their kinsmen, to the security forces.
