Somaliland Police Commander Warns Terrorists

Mandhera, Somaliland, November 28, 2009 (SL Times) – Somaliland police commander, Muhammad Saqadi Dubbad, sent a stern warning to terrorists that Somaliland security forces are in control of the security situation and will hit the terrorists with an iron fist if they try to infiltrate Somaliland.
The police commander said this in a graduation ceremony for the twenty-second batch of policemen to finish a 5 months training course at the Mandhera police training school.
The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Interior as well as the commanders of the military and the custodial corps.
