I herewith advertise for the sale of piece of land the size of 85 x 63 m (12.25 plots, each 18x24m). It is located near Jigjiga- yar in Hargeysa, just 800m from Crown Hotel (previous Arawello Hotel) . It is also around 4kms west from Hargeysa local government. The area is walled and each plot costs $7000-7500.

There are another 3 Plots together 54x24m ( each plot is 18x24m) on the slope of a mountain just behind ( 400m) Star Hotel, on the Hargeysa Airport road. These plots have beautiful scenery and from there one can enjoy the view of the city. The plots have foundations (sees) and each plot costs $6500-7000. In this area people divide the plots in smaller units which they call 40X40 feet or 12x 12m, in this case it can be 6 small plots each costing $3250 – 3500.

I am compelled to sell these plots because I need urgently working capital for Shifo-Hospital which I hope to open mid- this year, Insha-Allah. We can even negotiate the price

Shifo-hospital is modern teaching hospital which is located 10km west from Hargeysa local Government on the Road to Gibilay.
