The clannish war criminal Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmed died from prolonged heart failure under foreign authority. He lived as he died: pathetic and utter failure. The so called “president” Sharif Sheikh Ahmed should be ashamed of himself for allowing the body of this bloody war criminal and stooge to touch Mogadishu Airport’s ground.

It is very illustrative that the war criminal Abdullahi Yusuf and his Darod clansmen spared no effort and resources to burn and destroy Mogadishu and the Hawiye people in particular. As history shows, It was warlord Abdullahi Yusuf who provided comprehensive and active assistance from all Darod clans in support of the Ethiopian invasion of Southern Somalia in 2006. The Darod clans voluntarily and genuinely supported the Ethiopian invasion of Somalia simply in-order to commit wholesale tribal genocide on Hawiye in 2007-2008.

To his credit, warlord Yusuf was able to gather All Darod clans, inside and outside Somalia under the Ethiopian regime. Darod provide everything for the Ethiopian invasion of Somalia for one reason: complete genocide of Hawiye.

However, despite Abdullahi Yusuf’s utmost prayers to the Ethiopian Dictator Meles Zinawi, the Hawiye people fought and liberated their lands at an incredible human cost.

It is unending tragedy of the Hawiye people since the time of Dictator Siyad Barre to the present that they will always be fooled by the non-existent so called Somali nationalism of their avowed enemies, including the terrorist Al-Shabaab today.

The imminent defeat of the Al-Shabaab and the tenacious Habr Gedir clan offer some hope that the Hawiye people will finally begin to understand and follow the example of the Republic of Somaliland. Sharif Sheikh Ahmed will always work for Darod self-interest.  Just like his earnest prayers today over the dead body of the worst war criminal and traitor Abdullahi Yusuf, Sharif is enemy of his own kin.

Maybe Sharif forgets the infamous interview in January 2007, where the war criminal Abdullahi Yusuf made the enduring Darod agenda in Somalia explicit: genocide of Hawiye and takeover of Mogadishu with foreign power. Inside the Ethiopian bunkers of Ethiopian General Gabre, the cowardly Warlord Yusuf joyfully proclaimed loudly to the world that “Hawiye will soon be put into the sea”.

So, despite the bloody history of the cowardly Abdullahi Yusuf’s crimes against Hawiye, the so called President Sharif has no sense of shame but gives tearful prayers over his decomposed body. Mogadishu stands and Hawiye is still here. Unfortunately, Sharif Sheikh Ahmed has become another Ali Geedi- Ali Mahdi and completely sold Hawiye interest to their enemies.  

Shame on you Sharif!
