Hargeysa, Somaliland, May 26, 2012 (SL Times) – After more than a year of being in the UK for health reasons, the Chairman of Somaliland Upper House, Suleiman Muhammad Adam, is due back in Somaliland at the end of the week, sources close to the Chairman have revealed.
If this turns out to be true, his arrival will coincide with the current 47th session of the Upper House.
When he arrives, Chairman Suleiman Muhammad Adam will come to a full plate of problems that are awaiting him, such as the dispute about salaries allotted to the Upper House in the 2011 budget.
